My Background
I graduated with a BFA from Wright State University in 1973, which is a long time ago, but since retiring I began to restart a new career in art. I presently paint portraits of pets, people and places to help customers bring life to their favorite memories.

I primarily work in watercolors. I use a limited palette of usually 5 to 7 colors.

My first inspiration for attempting watercolors were watercolors by Winslow Homer.
I also admire the Landscape watercolors from artist Nita Engle.
